Our Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) provide a comprehensive evaluation of your functional abilities and support needs, with a focus on efficiency and professionalism. Delivered within 2 weeks (or sooner if required), our assessments include in-depth interviews, review of previous reports, and detailed report writing, all completed within 12 hours. We collaborate with a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner and an Occupational Therapist to ensure a holistic and well-rounded assessment. Available via Telehealth or in-clinic at Mermaid Waters, Gold Coast, we offer flexible options to suit your needs.
