Are there any rebates available for individual sessions?

If you’re an Australian citizen, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate with a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). To determine eligibility, you’ll need to consult with your GP for an assessment. After your 6th and 10th session, your GP will review your care plan to ensure ongoing eligibility. As of July 1, 2024, Medicare rebates cover up to 10 sessions per year, with a standard rebate of $96.65 per session. This amount may be higher depending on your Medicare Safety Net. For further details, please contact Medicare directly.

Do you work with NDIS participants?

Yes! We support NDIS participants with self-managed or plan-managed funding. While we await the completion of our NDIS registration, we are proud to partner with Boutique Caring  to ensure agency-managed clients continue receiving high-quality Positive Behaviour Support and therapeutic services.

Can I use private health insurance?

We recommend checking with your health fund to confirm your level of cover. After your session, you’ll receive a invoice receipt that you can submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.

Do I Need a Referral?

Yes, a referral is required to access our services. If you plan to claim Medicare rebates, you will need a referral and a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) from your GP. You can easily submit your referral through the Referral tab on our website.
